LOW CARB / KETO CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD TUTORIAL RECIPE This low carb / keto chocolate banana bread, made only with very low carb ingredients will help you lose weight, burn belly fat, improve your health and overcome your sugar cravings. Have a slice in the afternoon with a nice tea or in the morning with your favourite hot drink and a splash of unsweetened almond milk. 🍞🍌🍫 ► INGREDIENTS: (8-Servings) Dry ingredients: 200 g ground almond 75 g erythritol or stevia 50 g dark chocolate roughly chopped (85% cacao or more) A handful of pecan nuts, roughly chopped 2 tsp cream of tartar 1 tsp baking soda a pinch of salt 2 tsp cinnamon (optional) A handful of walnuts Wet Ingredients: 1 very ripe banada, mashed 4 eggs 3 tbsp butter, melted Intro - 00:00 Tutorial - 02:31 ► INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (345F, gas mark 3). 2. Place all the dry ingredients for the cake in a large bowl (except walnuts) and mix them together. 3. Mash the banana with a fork or a stick blender and add with the wet ingredients to the dry ingredient preparation. Stir and combine well. (you can use a hand whisker or electric mixer. 4. Grease a small loaf pan (7 x 3.5 inch) or line it with parchment paper and pour in the chocolate banana bread mix mix. Top with the walnuts. 5. Bake it for 40 minutes. Remove and let it cool down. 6. You can easily store it for 3-5 days in a dry place wrapped with clink film. 7. ►► The Ultimate Homemade Chicken Keto Doner Kebab - Gluten Free, Healthy and Low In Carbs These low carb / chicken doner kebab, made only with very low carb ingredients will help you lose weight, burn belly fat, improve your health and overcome your cravings for unhealthy food. ► INGREDIENTS (1 serving): Keto Wrap: 50 g grated mozzarella cheese 30 g ground almonds (almond flour) 1 teaspoon natural Greek yogurt (full fat) Doner Kebab fillings: 1 chicken breast or thighs (boneless, 150 g) ¼ onion, finely chopped ¼ pepper, chopped A handful of your favourite lettuce A handful of red cabbage, chopped Some olives, chopped (optional) 1 teaspoon of cumin 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of Mediterranean spice or your favourite mix (bbq, chicken, jerk, cajun etc.) 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes or chilli powder A pinch of salt and pepper Olive oil Healthy Sauce: 1 tablespoon of natural Greek yogurt (full fat) 1 teaspoon of Mediterranean spice or your favourite mix (bbq, chicken, jerk, cajun etc.) 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes or chilli powder Parchment baking paper ►INSTRUCTIONS 1. Slice the chicken breast / thighs in half and then make very thin slices. Add the chicken in a bowl and mix it with a tablespoon of olive oil, the cumin, spices, chilli, salt and pepper. Set aside. 2. Heat a frying pan with olive oil on a medium high heat and toss the chopped onion and pepper for 2 minutes. 3. Add the chicken kebab mix to the pan and fry for about 2-3 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked and the veggies softened, set aside. 4. Make the keto wrap: Preheat the oven to 175°C (345F, gas mark 3). In a bowl, add the almond flour, grated mozzarella and yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute full power and with the back of a spoon combine well to create a dough. 5. Place the dough on parchment baking paper and cover with a second piece of parchment paper. Use a hand roller or your hands to roll out the dough. 6. Remove the top layer and bake the dough for about 2 minutes 30 seconds in the oven until the dough starts to be slightly brown on the edges. Remove immediately or it will burn. The dough needs to be cooked but soft or you won’t be able to wrap it without cracking it. Set aside. 7. Prepare the yogurt sauce by combining all the ingredients for the sauce. Spread the sauce evenly on the wrap. Add the lettuce, cabbage, olives and the chicken veggie mixture. 8. Once you have all the fillings in place, fold one side in, and then the other side. Next pull the bottom half of the wrap over to meet the top half. Then, pull the tortilla back. This will form the filling into a roll. With both ends folded, tightly roll your tortilla until you have a perfect, beautiful doner kebab wrap. Fry until golden on both sides (about 2-3 minutes each side). 4. Once cooked, remove from the pan and stack your pancakes on a plate. Top with berries and nuts. 5. Now make the whipping cream. Remove the bowl and beaters from the freezer. Add the Cream and sweetener in the bowl and beat until stiff peaks form. Be patient and don’t give up, it will happen suddenly. 6.
